1. Appointment Scheduling

  • Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text message upon booking. Please review the details and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the missed service.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive after this time, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment.
  • Notification: If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but it may not always be possible.

4. Health and Safety

  • COVID-19 Protocols: We adhere to all local health guidelines, including mask mandates and sanitation practices. Clients are required to wear masks unless otherwise instructed.
  • Illness: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We will waive the cancellation fee if you notify us due to illness.

5. Service Satisfaction

  • Consultation: We offer a thorough consultation before each service to ensure your needs and expectations are met.
  • Adjustments: If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon. We will make adjustments free of charge within 7 days of the original appointment.
  • Feedback: Your feedback is important to us. Please share your thoughts with our staff or through our website.

6. Payment and Gratuity

  • Payments: We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Gratuity: Tips are not included in the service price but are greatly appreciated. They can be given in cash or added to your card payment.

7. Personal Belongings

  • Responsibility: Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal belongings secure.
  • Storage: We provide secure storage for coats and bags during your visit.

8. Children and Pets

  • Children: For their safety and the comfort of all clients, children under 12 are not permitted in the salon unless receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.
  • Pets: Only service animals are allowed in the salon.
